Caregiver must live in Geauga County and must be one of the following: Employed; Enrolled in an undergraduate program (associate or bachelor's degree); or Receiving education necessary to maintain employment, certification, or licensure. For initial application, income must be 154% or less of current Federal Poverty Limit (FPL). Once a client is on the program, income may raise up to 300% FPL. Reapplication is required after 12 months of assistance - current recipients may have income up to 300% FPL when reapplying.
Completed application proof of income for the last three months current work, school, or occupational training schedule.

Description

Assists with child care expenses for parents or guardians of minor children. Recipients who qualify will only be responsible to pay a monthly fee (calculated based on their income) to the child care service of their choice.
