Must file by December 31 for property that was damaged or destroyed in the first nine months of the year. For property damaged in the last three months of the year, the filing deadline is January 31 of the following year.

Visit website for more information and to access the DTE Form 26. Click on Departments and then select "Appraisal" and the application is on the right side of the website. Follow the instructions on the application and mail the application to the Cuyahoga County Fiscal Office Appraisal Department.
