Assists individuals who are unemployed and or/underemployed, as well as those with barriers to employment with career development through the following: * Matching participant's interests and skills with job searching * Training classes to prepare for employment * Help creating a resume * Interview coaching * Financial assistance with clothing, haircuts, transportation for job readiness * Ongoing mentoring and resource support for further career development
