Early Head Start and Head Start services are for qualifying families at 100% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines or below, or receiving OWF/TANF cash assistance; SSI disability; or foster families. Childcare services - no eligibility requirements. Kenyon Employees receive childcare assistance through Kenyon College.
