* Assessment: $150 * Individual Counseling: $136 * Case Management: $120 per hour * Group Counsling: $40 per hour Accepts Medicaid, Managed Care, private insurance, and cash. Sliding fee scale available for those at 100-200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
