Assessment: $150
Individual Counseling: $136
Case Management: $120 per hour
Group Counsling: $40 per hour

Accepts Medicaid, Managed Care, private insurance, and cash. Sliding fee scale available for those at 100-200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
