Eligibility
Individuals with a qualifying substance use diagnosis who would benefit from therapy or case management.

  • Assessment: $150
  • Individual Counseling: $136
  • Case Management: $120 per hour
  • Group Counsling: $40 per hour
Accepts Medicaid, Managed Care, private insurance, and cash. Sliding fee scale available for those at 100-200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
