Veterans Suicide Prevention (INTENSIVE CASE MANAGEMENT) | Volunteers Of America Of Ohio And Indiana

Provides comprehensive community-based services for veterans to decrease suicide risk factors. Provides intensive case management and linkage to community services to assist with stressors such as unemployment, homelessness, family issues, mental health and substance abuse struggles, trauma and chronic medical conditions. Veterans are given frequent check-ins and follow-up to encourage their progress. Clients are provided mental health screening, case management, peer support, and suicide prevention education.
