Everyone Achieves More, or T.E.A.M., provides life skills education focusing on reducing risk factors associated with juvenile delinquency, youth violence and substance abuse. Transportation is available via referral from Mentors and Mentoring Programs Coordinator.

Eligibility
Mentees are at risk youth in grades 4-12 who are referred by juvenile court, intake staff, mental health workers, Department of Jobs & Family Services, school, or parents. Mentors must be over the age of 18 years old and complete two rounds of interviews with Mentoring Programs, and complete Delaware County's Background process (including background checks, driver's abstract, and drug screen). Additional restrictions and guidelines may apply. Call for more information.
