Legal Aid evaluates requests to seal criminal records by courts or law enforcements in service area, including arrest records, conviction records, and juvenile records.
Also assists with applications for a CQE for people who are not eligible to seal a criminal record.
COVID-19 Temporary Message: All Legal Aid walk-in intake has been suspended until further notice. Community based legal clinics are also canceled through April. People are encouraged to do over the phone and online intakes at this time.
