Ensure, to the extent possible, that the emergency needs of the military members of Richland County and their families are met by verification and expeditious messaging regarding birth, death, illness, or health and welfare, from families to military members or vice versa. Provide financial assistance when needed during an emergency for the families. Can also provide services to military veterans and their families such as resiliency workshops and companionship programs.
