Eligibility

Open to youth who:
-are between the ages of 0 and 20
-reside in Clermont, Brown, Adams, or eastern Hamilton County
-are eligible for Ohio Medicaid
-are in need of significant behavioral health services, determined by a Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) assessment
Children and youth may also be eligible due to certain urgent conditions, such as hospitalization for behavioral health reasons.
