Eligibility

Open to individuals 18 and older experiencing issues related to alcohol and/or drug abuse. Individuals requiring detoxification are not eligible.

Provides outpatient substance use treatment services. Individual plans may include a variety of services depending on need, including: case management, individual, group, and family counseling, peer support, and medication assisted treatment (MAT). Intensive outpatient services may also be offered depending on individual need.
