Wraparound Service Coordination | Sandusky County Family And Children First Council

Serves families and youth with intense and complex needs. Wraparound has seen an increase in the number of families needing assistance who are experiencing barriers in their attempts to become self-sufficient. Family barriers include housing, substance use, mental illness, medical issues, lack of job skills or training, transportation issues, school and behavioral issues. Wraparound can help families reduce their time with agency involvement such as court, children services, special education and state welfare.
