All residents age 14 - 21including those with physical and intellectual disabilities, mental health issues, ex-offenders, and those affected by substance abuse.

Provides a 5-week summer employment program for youth. Participants receive a paid work experience at different business partner locations, and they are accompanied by a job coach who provides on the job training. Summer youth employers are typically in the retail or food service industries but other employers may also participate. Participants explore careers and receive soft skills and job readiness training and may take part in job shadowing visits. The program also provides pre-employment services that help them identify and achieve their employment goals.
