You can opt-in to this system by subscribing to the service at mailchi.mp/lickingcohealth.org/are-you-ready-licking-county. You will enter your contact information and subscribe to receive notifications about locations you care about in the “My Locations” section. Email is not needed for sign-up, but it does make it easier if you need to reset your password. There is an option to select a ‘quiet time’ when all notifications will be turned off, except for tornado warnings, which will override this setting. In the event of a potential safety hazard or concern, you will receive a message on the voice or text communication method you chose upon registering.
