Application process

Rides are scheduled by phone on a first-come, first-served basis. Passengers may request a ride up to 14 days in advance. Note: Clermont Transportation Connection will verify Medicaid eligibility through Clermont County Department of Job and Family Services, which may take up to 72 hours.
