Eligibility
Must be at or below 175% of poverty guidelines and primary applicant must be a US citizen or legal resident. Heat source must come from Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) regulated company such as AEP or Columbia Gas.
Required documents
Applicant must provide proof of citizenship or legal residency and photo ID. Proof of gross income for the last 30 days for everyone over 18 in household. Copy of most current gas and/or electric bill. Copy of the lease if the service is in landlords name, but client is responsible to pay for utility to landlord.

will be able to choose when scheduling appointment. Next Day Appointments are released Monday - Wednesday & Friday's at 10 am. We also have standing appointments Mon-Thurs 9 am-4 pm. Closed every 1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month for trainings.

PIPP Plus is an extended payment arrangement that requires regulated gas and electric companies to accept payments based on a percentage of the household income. If the client heats with gas or electric, they pay five percent of their monthly household income. If they heat and cool with electricity, they pay ten percent of their monthly household income.
