CIVIL RESTRAINING ORDERS - COMPLAINT AGAINST A MINOR | CUYAHOGA COUNTY COMMON PLEAS COURT - JUVENILE DIVISION
Accepts petitions for civil protection orders against minors in cases where the individual faces harm such as domestic violence, dating violence, and other cases that would cause the individual to feel threatened by the minor. Once the petition is filed, a hearing will be held within one to two days. After the hearing, the judge will decide if an order should be granted. In some cases, an advocate may be assigned to help guide the filer through the process. Does not give legal advice.
