Assessment and counseling are open to anyone age 6 or older in Cuyahoga County who needs these services.

Required documents

Insurance/Medicare/Medicaid information as appropriate. Proof of Income for sliding scale.

Hours

M-F: 8:00am-4:00pm plus evenings by appointment. Marriage counseling is typically 6 sessions.

Third party payment accepted, including Medicaid and Medicare. Sliding scale available based on income. If clients are eligible for Medicaid but not signed up, can assist with filing.
