Provides comprehensive homeownership education and counseling services for individuals interested in purchasing a home. Services include a HUD-compliant homebuyer education workshop covering the homebuying process, responsibilities of homeownership, review of purchase agreements and mortgage documents, and information on available loan and down payment assistance programs for home purchase or rehabilitation. The agency's counseling services are delivered by HUD-certified housing counselors. Upon completion of the workshop, participants receive individualized one-on-one homeownership counseling to assess readiness, develop an action plan, and support their path toward successful homeownership.
