St. Vincent de Paul Thrift Store voucher policy Project Woman, Shelter Inc., and McKinley Hall people in residential care with Project Woman, Shelter Inc., and McKinley Hall coming to St. Vincent de Paul for additional assistance can receive help with free clothing vouchers. This manner of assistance is available every 90 days to people with proof of identification and Clark County residency.
