Provides financial and other supports to eligible young adults to assist in finding and maintaining safe and secure housing (possibly rent, deposit, and/or gas, electric or water utilities), food, clothing, personal care items, educational and training expenses, and other services that assist with transitioning from foster care to adulthood. Service includes regular meetings with a case manager to help direct the young adult and oversee payments for services. Assistance may be provided as long as the young adult remains eligible.
