Provides used furniture (such as beds, tables, chairs, etc.) as well as household goods (such as drapes, linens, small appliances, and kitchen items). Client may browse and select the items the want. May have large appliances such as stoves and refrigerators - but these are not consistently available. Availability of items may vary due to what has been donated to the agency.

Application process
Phone anytime and leave a message; agency will reply within 1-2 business days to arrange the appointment (appointment will generally be in the next one to two weeks). There is a wait list for large appliances, those who do not find an appliance within the waiting period will need to call back to get back on the waiting list. Will accept thise who self-refer, but may ask for an agency referral unpon future visits (this could be from a variety of agencies such as a local church, Job and Family Services, United Way 2-1-1, etc.).

Eligibility
Residents of Lake and Geauga Counties. May be served three times in a two year period. Generally serves those who are low-income and/or facing financial hardship.
