Seniors age 67 and greater with certified tax delinquencies who make less than $70,000 per year. Must have primary residence in Cuyahoga County and be primary or joint homeowner.
Photo I.D. for all adults over the age of 18 in the household, social security cards or birth certificates for all household members, income documentation for all adults over the age of 18 in the household. Additional documentation may include
mortgage statement, foreclosure documentation, and homeowner's Insurance declaration page, if applicable.
