Eligibility
-Open to minor children whose guardianship and/or primary financial support is a veteran.
-The child must be enrolled in kindergarten through Grade 12, preschool or headstart program.
-Home schooled children are now eligible.
-The parent or guardian must be a resident of Lake County for 90 days at the time of the application.
-Income requirement.
Required documents
-Current bills,
-Honorable discharge papers and/or Form Number DD-214,
-Birth certificates,
-Proof of income,
-SS card,
-Marriage record.
Hours
July through October: Monday - Friday: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
