- Call 330-643-6519 or visit the website for more information or to obtain application. - Upon approval of the application, an initial inspection will be scheduled and will take approximately two to four (2-4) hours. - It may take up to six (6) months for an initial inspection to be scheduled.

Serves homeowners age 62 and over with income at or below 80% Area Median Income (AMI).
