Eligibility

Must be at or below 80% of the area median family income guidelines. Must live within the boundaries of the City's designated 2011 Neighborhood Pride Areas. Must own home and lived there for at least one year. Must be a single-family home. Must be current on property taxes.

Applications can be faxed to 614-525-2505; or a drop box is available inside Memorial Hall, 280 E. Broad Street, Columbus, OH 43215.

Description

Provides funding assistance for housing repairs and upgrades. Repairs and upgrades may include structural deficiencies, plumbing, electrical systems, roofs, lead paint, or to correct code deficiencies. Funding is available in the form of a low interest or deferred loan. Maximum loan assistance is $20,000.
