Provides information, education and management of diabetes through one-on-one meetings with certified diabetes educators and through classes. Service includes assistance from registered dieticians, who are also diabetes educators, and who can teach meal planning, diet modification, and weight control. Also provides a support group for those suffering from diabetes.
