Provides up to $60,000 in financial assistance for Kentucky homeowners who have been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Homeowners may request assistance for past-due mortgage payments, property tax bills, utility bills, homeowner’s association dues, or homeowner’s/flood insurance premiums.

Applicants must: -have experienced and be able to document a financial hardship (minimum 10% loss of income) after January 21, 2020 directly or indirectly related to the COVID-19 pandemic -have an income less than 150% of the median income for their area -occupy the residence they are seeking assistance for as their Principal Residence at the time of hardship
