Disability Rights Ohio

Disability Rights Ohio is an independent state agency and the federal and state designated Protection and Advocacy (P&A) system and Client Assistance Program for people with disabilities in the State of Ohio. The mission is to protect and advocate, in partnership with people with disabilities, for their human, civil and legal rights. Program staff include ombudspersons, disability rights advocates and attorneys who advocate for individual and systemic change through individual, group, and class action cases; monitoring policies and legislative activity; and education and training.
