Substance Use Disorder Peer Recovery Coach Services | On Our Way Home, Inc
Offers one-on-one assistance from trained Peer Recovery Supporters. Supporters model effective coping techniques and self help strategies based on their own recovery experience while working with individuals as they develop and implement a personal recovery plan. Supporters may offer assistance with resource navigation, health insurance enrollment, transportation support, job-readiness, and/or reintegration for individuals returning from incarceration or long-term treatment.
