Vary based on service. Some services may be free or provided on a sliding scale. Medicaid recipients will not receive reimbursement for medications/health equipment.
Eligibility
CAREGIVERS ONLY! Caregivers, at least 18 years old, caring for an individual at least 60 years old who needs help with bathing, grooming, medication or needs supervision due to confusion. Caregivers, at least 18 years of age, caring for individual of any age diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease and related disorders. Grandparent or relative caregiver, at least 55 years old and not the parent, caring for a child under 18. Parents, grandparents, and other relatives 55 years and older providing care to adults age 18-59 with disabilities.
