Provides vocational training and, in many cases, paid, hands-on work experience in areas such as packaging, assembly, quality control, food service, material handling, forklift operation, call/customer service center staff, building maintenance, custodial skills, clerical/computer skills. Training is provided to build employability skills such as attendance, punctuality, grooming, on-the-job performance, time management, money management, and communication at work.
