Eligibility
  • Applicants who live, work, or go to school in Kenton County, KY and applicants who work at least 25 hours per week, or are elderly or disabled are given priority.
  • Applicants' annual household income must be within the low-income limit set by HUD, which cannot exceed 50% of the area median income.
  • Each person who would reside in the unit must be a US citizen or non-citizen with eligible immigration status.
Required documents
Other documents (Names, Social Security numbers, birth dates, and income and asset information for all household members are required to complete waitlist applications. Applicants will be asked to provide documentation to support the information on their application when their name comes to the top of the waitlist)

Application process

Online application required to join the waiting list when open. The waiting list may close and stop accepting applications periodically.

Fees

No fee to apply. Rent for qualified applicants is based on 30-40% of monthly adjusted gross income. Tenants also pay any required security deposit.
