LEGACY DAY SHELTER | LIFE & PURPOSE COMMUNITY RESOURCE CENTER
The Legacy Day Shelter is a place where homeless people, whether couch-surfing or living outdoors, can go to get warm during extreme cold weather, get connected to resources. That ranges from clothing to mental health services, housing, and more. People can also simply drop by for a meal, to shower, to take care of laundry, among other basic life maintenance activities.

Life & Purpose Community Resource Center provides referral services for: -Help locating affordable housing -Finding employment opportunities-help with applying for a job-Career Development Facilitator available -Obtaining food stability -Guidance in accessing behavioral health treatment (mental and substance use) -Peer Recovery Support available Friday’s 12:00-3:00 -Computer assistance and access to internet for many resource needs -Assistance with applying for a variety of resources and completing applications -Teen Resources -Tobacco Prevention and Cessation Resources.
