Must be involved currently with LCCS (either through an in-home or court-involved case plan), have a diagnosis of substance dependence and be engaged in substance abuse services.

Referrals are made to Family Drug Court (FDC) through the Court's Magistrates, LCCS caseworkers/supervsiors and Riveon Mental Health and Recovery.
