Serves individuals with cognitive, developmental, and physical disabilities (including blindness). Individuals must already be working with Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD) and/or their County Board of Developmental Disabilities. Serves Geauga, Mahoning, Summit, Trumbull, Lake, Portage, Ashtabula and Cuyahoga Counties.

Service is paid for by DODD Waiver Services, OOD or the eligible County Board of Developmental Disabilities.

Assist individuals in planning a career path through team based processes and discovery and a Job Coach. Client works one-on-one with an assigned job coach to create a step-by-step plan as deemed necessary by the team members.
