Eligibility
Available for qualified parents or families of children being cared for in certified homes and licensed child care centers. Must be employed or attending an accredited school and income is below 145% of poverty level. Ongoing (maintaining continuously) eligibility thereafter is 300% of the Federal Poverty Guideliens.
