Child Support Assistance/enforcement | Washington County Child Support Enforcement Agency

The CSEA can assist parents by providing the following services: - Establishment of paternity - Location of non-custodial parents - Establishment and modification of child support and medical support orders - Enforcement of existing child support , medical support and spousal support (alimony) orders - Collection of child support and spousal (alimony) payments. CSEA services DO NOT include: - Child custody and visitation issues - Income tax exemptions - Legal representation of individuals.

Washington County Child Support Enforcement Agency

Provides services for the establishment of paternity, establishment of support orders, and the enforcement and collection of support orders to all custodial parents regardless of income. Both the custodial parent and non-custodial parent may request a review for modification of their support order once every 3 years (under certain circumstances this may be requested more frequently). These services are free. OWF parents are required to cooperate with the child support unit as a condition of their eligibility for OWF.
