Evaluates cases involving: - Mortgage foreclosure where applicant wants to save the home, is living in the home as a primary residence and the foreclosure is not based on condominium fees; - Applicant is the borrower on the mortgage note or is the surviving spouse, former spouse, or heir of the deceased borrower; - Tax foreclosure where foreclosure was NOT filed by the County Treasurer; - Pre-foreclosure due to unpaid property tax where foreclosure has been threatened but not filed yet.
