Provides an investor-owned utility which provides natural gas distribution and transportation services to residential, commercial, industrial and governmental customers in 16 Indiana counties and 1 county in Ohio. Provides customer assistance with utility connection/disconnection, service or billing complaints, payment plan arrangements, and a list of other service providers for price comparisons. Repairs exterior gas lines (from meter to gas main) and performs maintenance on the community-wide natural gas delivery system. Also provides basic consumer education regarding natural gas and its use.

To report a natural gas service interruption or potential gas leak can phone the same number used for customer service M-F: 7:00am-4:00pm, use After-Hours Emergency Service number afterhours. For payment plan or billing inquiries, phone during customer service phone line hours to speak with a staff member. Drop boxes are available at each office for after-hours payments.
