Provides structured educational and therapeutic programming to assist individuals in recovery from substance use disorder with making cognitive, behavioral, and attitudinal changes in order to maintain their sobriety. Individuals participate in a group setting and may receive support regarding a variety of issues that have an impact on their sobriety, such as exercise, nutrition, addictive behavior, work and recovery, the role of 12-step programs, anger management, money management, etc.
