Eligibility

- Serves Summit and Stark County PIPP Plus consumers with annual base load electrical usage of 5,000 KWH or more per year. Households not participating in PIPP Plus may still qualify based on household income under 150% of the Federal Poverty Level. - Must have Ohio Edison or American Electric Power as the utility company. - Serves renters with the landlord's permission. - If home is not occupied, cannot assist until the apartment/house has a tenant.
