Application process

Walk in for service or phone for information during hours of serice. Information about felony cases (such as docket schedule, conviction, charges, indictments, dispositions) may be obtained by Web site. Copies of documents must be obtained in person or by mail.

Manages and retains records of all felony cases that have gone to the Grand Jury in Geauga County. Processes all felony cases bound over to the Grand Jury and all Grand Jury indictments. Prepares, schedules and oversees all common pleas arraignments, dockets and files all motions, entries, warrants and summonses relating to criminal cases. Information about felony cases is open to the public (except Grand Jury information and expunged cases).
