Communicable Disease Control Department | Public Health-Dayton & Montgomery County

The Communicable Disease Reporting Program monitors the occurrence of contagious illnesses within Montgomery County. The program staff gathers reports of diseases in the community, interviews people with disease, and conducts follow-up investigations to determine the source of infection. Also provides information on and serves to control and prevent the spread of communicable diseases such as STD's, Tuberculosis, and HIV/AIDS.
