Eligibility

Serves Veterans who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Applicants must be at or below 50% of their county’s median income. Lorain County's Eligibility Guidelines (updated April 1st, 2025): - Family of 1 = $34,800. - Family of 2 = $39,800. - Family of 3 = $44,750. - Family of 4 = $49,700. - Family of 5 = $53,700. - Family of 6 = $57,700. - Family of 7 = $61,650. - Family of 8 = $65,650.

Provides housing assistance and other services for Veterans. Can help cover rental arrearages, first-month rent, security deposits and other needs such as utility assistance, moving costs and budgeting.
