Those who have no health insurance must have household income at or below 400% of federal poverty guidelines to apply for financial help. Those living further than 150 miles from the main site may have other requirements.

Provides a program for those with neurological and non-neurological impairments who no longer require 24-hour inpatient medical care but who still require intensive rehabilitative therapy (instruction in activities of daily living, for example) and occasional nursing. A meal is included in the day's activities.
