Application process

- Call the Homeless Hotline for a Housing Assessment and Intake. - Maintains a waiting list for the program. Note: After applying, potential clients must call in bi-weekly to check on their status. - Call the administrative line for assistance or to contact someone staying at the facility.

Fee

Participants pay a security deposit of $350 and monthly rent based on 30% of income. Rent includes all utilities. Assistance with security deposit may be available.

Eligibility

Serves single parent homeless families with a disability residing in Summit County that meet the following criteria: - Must be a parent with custody of one or more minor children. - A person in the household must have a documented disability. - Must be homeless. - Third trimester of pregnancy or working on a reunification plan within 90 days.

Offers a permanent housing program which works with various social services agencies to help residents gain self-sufficiency and independence. Provides homeless single-parent families with disabilities the opportunity for permanent housing with supportive services to assist. Provides rental housing for older adults with limited income.
