Description
The Crawford Co. General Health District has statewide access to birth certificates for anyone born within the state of Ohio from 1909 to the present. Our office has death certificates from l909 to the present for those individuals that died in Crawford County, excluding Galion City. Records from 1867 through 1908 are stored at the Crawford Co. Probate Court, phone (419) 562-8891.
