HEALTHY HOMES LEAD HAZARD CONTROL | CITY OF LANCASTER
Provides funding for appropriate control efforts for lead and other home hazards in housing occupied by low- and moderate-income households, especially those with children under the age of 6. Funding is available for owner-occupied homes and residential rental properties. Both single-family and multi-family units (4 or less units) are eligible. Priority is given to homeowners.

Eligibility
*Own a residential property in the incorporated area of the city of Lancaster built before 1978. *Have children under the age of 6 living in the home (priority). *Meet program income requirements listed below: **Single-family owner-occupied units: total household income must be less than 80% of Area Median Income (AMI). **Multi-family units: at least 50% of units must have total household income of less than 50% of Area Median Income (AMI). Remaining units must have total household income of less than 80% the Area Median Income (AMI).
