Before beginning treatment at our facility, you’ll be given a no-obligation, comprehensive psychiatric and physical evaluation from our team of health professionals. Among other things, we’ll assess your safety and stability. People who are in crisis – those who are at risk of harming themselves or others, or who find it difficult to function in their everyday life – may be recommended for inpatient mental health treatment. We treat the following illnesses: Depression , Anxiety, Post-Traumatic Stress Syndrome (PTSD), Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Psychosis , Suicidal Ideation. If you decide that our facility is right for you, you’ll be admitted as quickly as possible so you can start on the path to recovery right away. That path will look different for everyone. The Inpatient Program at Columbus Springs Dublin is designed to provide intensive, highly-structured treatment for adults, ages 18 and older with psychiatric, addictive, and co-occurring disorders. The Columbus Springs multidisciplinary team works together to address the unique mental, emotional, spiritual, physical, cognitive, and social needs of each patient. During inpatient treatment, patients will learn to manage their mental health or addiction issues through a combination of behavioral and holistic therapies, wellness education, recreational activities and medication. Inpatient Mental Health & Addiction Treatment Therapies Rehabilitation Medication management therapy is a treatment system used to ensure that patients are receiving optimal therapeutic outcomes for the prescription medications that they may be taking. Therapeutic Modalities Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (MCBT), Solution-focused therapy, Trauma-focused therapy groups. Holistic Therapies Yoga therapy, art therapy, music therapy, pet therapy, recreation therapy.
